MEET YOUR TEACHER
Hey there, my name is Karli.
After getting a degree in art, I got a license in teaching. I taught youth and adults in a private art school (owned by my mom), then went to teach high school art for 5 years.
Now I am a professional artist and online instructor.
I grew up in a household that encouraged creativity. Thanks to my artist mother, our house was like a mini Hobby Lobby. At a young age, I saw her open her own art school to teach youths and adults how to draw and paint. I regularly saw complete beginners who could barely draw a smiley face learn how to draw a realistic portraits year after year.
I know firsthand that art is something that anyone can learn.
I believe that God put me on this earth to help people experience the benefits of creating art. It's my passion and my mission.
It would be an honor to help you along your creative journey.
